Rejoicing Spirits is a resource for individuals with disabilities and their families/caregivers in the North County. Their host sites provide people with disabilities, their
families, friends and other supportive community members with an
opportunity come together to worship in a 'shush-free,' open
environment: people can express themselves without being told to "be
